Money is NOT to be sent until we have spoken and gone through the process of purchase.
All animal sales will be handled via Square.
This means for all pets, you will be sent an invoice with the FULL amount listed to be paid immediately.
In Person payments are accepted for FEEDERS only.
What you get when you purchase from Cherokee Flats
- Your new family members
- Copy of your purchase receipt marked PAID IN FULL (Sent to you after payment is made)
- 1 - 2 lbs of Kalmbach 23% Rodent Food
- Small bag of treats (if available)
- Rodent safe chews (if available)
- Rodent Safe Toys (if available)
All animals MUST be picked up at the farm,
So bring your own carrier.
DO NOT use cat/dog carriers as they will get out.

This fee is in addition to the final cost of the animals you purchase and only required IF they are not already listed as available. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and is to insure the buyer is serious about the purchase.
This is PER animal. If you are purchasing or wish to purchase 2 rats, you would select qty 2.
This reservation fee is for ANY litters ready AFTER 09/03/2023
Please make sure you fill out this Wait List Form before submitting the reservation fee. If we get a fee and NO form, your name can NOT be added to the wait list for available babies when they are ready.
At no time will this fee be applied to the final cost of the animals.

From time to time I will have a few retired breeders available.
They are usually between 1 -2 years of age and are no longer breeding but would still make great pets.
Since all of our animals are highly socialized, even breeders will make great pets.
These adorable animals will provide kisses and cuddles to you and your family till the end of their days.
