Who’s Due (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Geo-Location is not available on our app.

 

Mobile Device Access

At this time, Mobile Device Access is only required for photos to use a photo as a custom logo on pedigrees. We do not require use of anything such as calendars, or microphone.

We may request to send you notifications regarding the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

Internet-Based Advertising

We currently use Facebook to advertise our application. Any and all information provide by you of your own free will can be accessed by anyone using our facebook page. We are not responsible for any actions taken by anyone other than us, the developers of Who’s Due

We do not collect any analytics beyond what the online/mobile store from which you install the Application does.

We do not collect any personal information. If we begin collecting any at any time we will use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.  While we will have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.  Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

 

OPTIONS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not send emails, All of our communications are through our Who’s Due Facebook page.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS for purchases OLDER than 30 days. If you have purchased Who’s Due more than 30 days ago, we will not issue a refund. All customers requesting a refund with purchases less than 30 days old must contact the APP STORE or GOOGLE PLAY STORE to complete the refund process.
