The Majestic English Lop
The English Lop is perhaps the most iconic and recognizable rabbit breed in the world, famous for its extraordinarily long, sweepingly soft ears. Often referred to as the "King of the Fancy," this breed is a true showstopper for ARBA, 4H, or FFA exhibitors, but they are equally cherished as affectionate house pets.
Why They Stand Out
-
The Ears: Their most defining feature, their ears can reach lengths of over 20 inches, requiring a bit of extra care and a clean environment to keep them in top condition.
-
Personality: Known as the "gentle giants" of the lop world, English Lops possess a laid-back, docile temperament. They are often more curious and outgoing than other breeds, making them wonderful companions for those who want an interactive pet.
-
Build: They are a "mandolin-shaped" breed with a large, powerful body and a satin-like coat that is incredibly soft to the touch.
Whether you are looking for a competitive show animal or a floppy-eared friend to join your family, the English Lop offers a unique blend of elegance and charm.

Cherokee Flats currently have Broken Lilac, Black and Chocolate, however as we progress in our breeding program, we may add new varieties.
