Waitlist & Reservation Policy
To secure your spot on our waitlist, a reservation fee is required. Please review the guidelines below:

2-Hour Window: Your reservation fee must be submitted within 2 hours of sending your waitlist form. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your request will be removed from the list to keep the queue moving for active buyers.

Requirement for Access: You will not be granted access to view or select from our available animals until all required steps in our purchase process are fully complete.

Active List Status: You will not be added to our active list until your fee is confirmed.

Non-Refundable & Non-Applied Fees: Reservation fees are strictly non-refundable. Additionally, they are administrative and do not go toward the final purchase price of your animal.
