Looking to add a couple of mice to your family??

Email us at cherokee.flats@yahoo.com and let us know you are interested! You can also fill out the WAIT LIST FORM and submit the reservation fee of $5.00/animal you wish to reserve. If the animal(s) you are looking for are already listed, add to cart and follow the online instructions. Once we receive your order, we will send you an invoice using square.

IF I HAVEN'T SPOKEN TO YOU, AND YOU SEND ME MONEY FOR MICE, I WILL NOT SEND IT BACK.

Money is NOT to be sent until we have spoken and gone through the process of purchase.

All animal sales will be handled via Square.
This means for all pets, you will be sent an invoice with the FULL amount listed to be paid immediately.
In Person payments are accepted for FEEDERS only.

Purchase Policy: Rodents

All rodents are to be purchased in SAME SEX pairs or same sex groups of 3+ (only exception is if you ALREADY have a rat/mouse)
Contact us via Facebook or Email Let us know which babies you would like to purchase
Send us your full name, full address (including zip code), email address and phone number.
Pay for your new babies IN FULL immediately using Square Invoice that I will send directly to you.
Once payment is received, we will then set up a pickup date and time.
We will email you with a few options and you just let us know which one works best for you.
DO NOT just show up here thinking you can get your baby or choose one without doing the beginning steps. You will be asked to leave.
Once your pickup appointment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with your pick-up instructions and our contact information.
Should you have any questions before pick up or after, please do not hesitate to contact us.
You will receive reminder emails at 24-48 hours before your appointment.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have before your appointment by calling or texting me.
All animals must be picked up at our farm unless other arrangements are made and delivery fee has been paid in advance.
Please make sure you have the proper carrier to take your new pet home. DO NOT use cat/dog carriers as the will escape.

Milkshake (Dove Satin) x DonJuan (Broken Hairless) had 9 little jelly beans on 09/04/2023. They will be available to new homes 10/30/2023. Once they are about 6 weeks of age, I will get individual photos and they will be posted below, along with their information.

Coco (Chocolate Tan) x Blackberry (Broken Black Longhair) had 13 little jelly beans on 09/04/2023. They will be available to new homes 10/30/2023. Once they are about 6 weeks of age, I will get individual photos and they will be posted below, along with their information.

This fee is in addition to the final cost of the animals you purchase. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and is to insure the buyer is serious about the purchase.

Reservation fee is PER animal you wish to reserve.

At no time will this fee be applied to the final cost of the animals.
