All Rats MUST be picked up at the farm,

So bring your own carrier.

RATS ARE SOLD IN SAME SEX PAIRS ONLY, (yes you can purchase more, but have to be same sex) NO EXCEPTIONS. SINGLE RATS WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE (yes, even if you have rats already)

Babies pictured and listed in this section are under 8 weeks of age and are not quite ready to go to their new homes.

Please be aware that pricing can go up as babies grown. This means if you purchase a baby now, the price will NOT go up as it grows. Babies sell fast, so make sure to get your orders in ASAP.

ALL babies must be paid for IN FULL during ordering process, a signed purchase agreement and appointment must be on the books before you can pick them up.

From time to time I will have a few retired breeders available. 

They are usually between 1 -2 years of age and are no longer breeding but would still make great pets. 

Since all of our animals are highly socialized, even breeders will make great pets.

These adorable animals will provide kisses and cuddles to you and your family till the end of their days.

Below, please find the litters that have been BORN here at Cherokee Flats. We will post individual photos once they are between 5-6 weeks old. WE DO NOT TAKE PURCHASE PAYMENTS UNTIL THEY ARE WEANED AND LISTED ON THIS PAGE. This is to make sure they are doing well and mom is caring for them. If you are interested in babies from litters that have not been listed on this page OR future litters, please fill out the WAIT LIST form below and submit the reservation fee  for the breed of rabbit you wish to purchase. This fee guarantees you a baby from an upcoming litter and does not go towards the final cost of the rabbit(s) you wish to purchase.
